I would like to take the time to personally thank you for your purchase
and for the wonderful feedback you left.
As a courtesy to you, our customer, I would like to make you aware
of an unpleasant situation we at QuikDrop are dealing with currently. We
have been experiencing a problem with one person in particular. This
person has been going to our feedback page and attempting to contact our
satisfied customers by clicking on the names of those who have left
positive feedback. This troublesome individual then makes several
inaccurate and slanderous accusations about our company. The information
you may receive from this person is absolutely untrue. His intentions are
to manipulate you causing you to doubt your purchase from us, and sully our
stellar reputation as eBay sellers.
If you receive an email from an ebay member regarding your recent
purchase from QuikDrop of Atlanta please do not be alarmed. We are
aware of the situation and have taken the necessary steps to eradicate
any future problems. The eBay user name of this person could contain
the name "tim." If you do receive an email such as described, please do
the following. Your help in this matter could aid in stopping the
harassment of responsible eBay buyers such as yourself, and reputable
eBay sellers such as QuikDrop.
1. Please contact us immediately. You can call 1.877.252.3317, email us
through eBay, or email us at gaatl@quikdrop.com
2. Do not respond to the slanderous email. Please disregard the
accusations made; they are clearly irrational, and meant to harm our
company.
3. Please keep the emails both in your ebay messages and also in your
separate email box. This member's actions are strictly against eBay
policy. We are currently working with the Trust and Safety Board to
have him removed from eBay.

I hope you had a great weekend.
I am writing you to find out if the nut on eBay has emailed you yet.
I have spoken with eBay at length about this matter. They would like to
take action towards closing this person's account. In order for eBay to
move forward, they need me to provide "headers" from the emails being sent
to our customers. This is where I will need your help.
A full header simply shows the pathway of an email. Getting the full
header from an email is very easy, and only takes about 1 minute. Listed
below are the steps involved in retrieving a full header.
The full header from the email sent to you is only retrievable through
your XXXXl.com email account. When this person contacted you
through your eBay account, eBay sent a copy of the email to your gmail.com
account as well.
How to view a full header:
1. Open email.
2. Click on Show Options next to the sender's email address.
3. Click on Show Original - a new window will open containing the Full
Headers.
4. You will then see something like this:
