How do I file to get my money back
If you paid for your watch with a credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, etc, these cards have 90 day fraud protection.
First thing you need to do is have the watch appraised by a certified jeweler (the typical cost for a written certified appraisal is $25-$100). The Gordon's sent you a Certified Appraisal with your watch, (this is a good way to get out of your deal) if the certified appraisal is way off by a few thousand dollars or even a few hundred dollars, or if something in the certified appraisal description is wrong, i.e.: clarity of the stones, wrong kt of the gold for example: 14kt when stated 18kt gold, than this is grounds to notify the credit card company about the watch not being as represented.
This is how I got my money back after I found out that my watch was a fake Rolex. Visa credited back my account within 24 hours after we provided that the watch was sent back to the Gordon's. You don't have to wait for the Gordon's to credit back your account.
For some of you it might be too late, don't let the 90 days run out. For the one's that think its too late, please click on the link: I would like to add my name to the list of Quickdrop victims (FBI) I was told by the FBI, that the case is assigned to the white collar crimes division. I was also informed that it looks like wire fraud and mail fraud.
